These are not your everyday workouts, we can tell you that. You perform these together with your partner to begin with. Clothes are optional. Each card shows a different position, how many calories you burn with it and how long you have to hold this position. There is also a rating. This is a kind of difficulty level, but a very special one. This meter indicates how hard you can become from this position, down there. Who ever said that your fitness workout shouldn't have a happy ending? ;-)
