Visiting and contacting us This is an information website, not an online shop. When you email or call us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry. This is based on steps requested before a possible purchase or our legitimate interest in handling general enquiries. Ordinary customer enquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, and are deleted earlier when no longer needed. Relevant correspondence concerning purchases, warranties or disputes may be retained longer where necessary for handling the matter or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Documents subject to statutory retention obligations are kept for the applicable legal period.
Hosting and security The website is hosted by Vercel and technically maintained by bairsites. To deliver pages and protect the service, Vercel processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps. This processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. Our server functions are configured in Frankfurt. This does not mean that all personal data stays within the European Economic Area (EEA): Vercel and its subprocessors may also process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, for service delivery and support. Vercel's Data Processing Addendum describes the applicable international-transfer mechanisms, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where required, and how to obtain information about those safeguards. Diagnostic and security information is retained according to the provider's applicable service retention periods and, where necessary, for investigating incidents or meeting legal obligations.
